SelfLink
A link to your better self
A privacy-first journaling app that reads between the lines of your own words — surfacing hidden moments of hope, gratitude, and growth, even on the hardest days. Entirely on-device. Completely yours.
The question that started it all
Last year, during a Universal Human Values class at university, a professor introduced journaling as a mindfulness practice. Intrigued, I opened the Journal app on my iPhone that very night and started writing.
After a week of consistent journaling, I noticed something unexpected. While writing helped me introspect, it didn't always help me see the good. On difficult days, journaling seemed to amplify what wasn't working — leaving me feeling even more anxious.
What if there was a journaling app that not only lets you write, but also helps you rediscover every little instance of hope hidden in your own words — even on the darkest of days — without compromising privacy?
This became the foundation of SelfLink.
Journaling gives a systematic outlet for our thoughts, helping unlock the next level of self-reflection.
